Thinking about Membership in AeroVentures?

We care about your aviation goals.

We are currently only open to certificated pilots (PPL+). Contact us to start a conversation about your flying goals and see if AeroVentures is the right club for you.

Membership Basics

AeroVentures has an startup fee of $750 ($500 initiation fee, plus your account must maintain a +$250 balance) and a monthly membership fee of $100 to maintain club membership.  With the membership fee and after checkout, you have access to our club aircraft at the published rental rates.

We are proud of our clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained airplanes. Members all share in the upkeep by assuring the airplanes are neat and clean after every flight.

Our aircraft scheduling program is used by each club member to book flights from home on their computer (Android and Apple apps available), “squawk” issues, maintain maintenance logs, and allow members to keep their accounts current. We also work with you to track important dates such as medical, flight reviews, and club reviews.

Application Instructions

All membership forms must be completed online.

Use your COMPLETE FAA name on all forms, documents and record entries.  This is the name that is attached to your FAA license (typically this is your full first, middle and last names) - NO NICKNAMES, SHORTNAMES or abbreviations!  The names on your documents should match your FAA documentation.  Note:  You should use the SAME email address for all interactions with the club.

  1. Review all Club Docs, including the Rules & Regulations and Bylaws.

  2. Request a member agreement and waiver to be sent to you to review and sign.

  3. Request a scheduling account with Flight Schedule Pro.

  4. If you have not heard back after a day or two, please send us an email as a reminder to review your submission.

*All prospective members will receive an invoice for the $500 initiation fee. In addition, the account must maintain a +$250 balance.  This must be paid in Flight Schedule Pro before any flights/checkouts can occur.
